Hi, I’m Johanna—founder of YogiBean, yoga teacher, and someone who’s been through it too.
Four years ago, life knocked me flat. I lost my father, my husband burned out, and my teenage daughters were struggling. I gave everything to everyone and ignored myself until I broke down.
Healing didn’t come from big breakthroughs. It came from small, daily choices—habits I could actually keep. Now, I help other women find their own way back to calm, clarity, and confidence.
